The doctor listened to me and reassured me. He was thorough and spoke through all the possible options whilst also out ruling the scary options. I felt listened to, I felt understood. I was given clear instructions on why to do next. Options were explained to me. His tone was caring and calming which is exactly what I needed. I would love for Dr Koshal to be a GP at my practice.

Dr Koshal really does listen first then you can almost hear him thinking about options and solutions. So refreshing .... Dr Koshal also makes sure he follows up on consultations and tests I.e blood tests. Keen to hear updates on how medication is managing symptoms. I want to keep this man for myself - feel that he has listened, tested, prescribed and is ready to repeat the cycle Plus he has addressed a further issue and recommended a colleague AND booked a Phone consultation For me.
